Why are your prices more affordable than traditional AI agencies?
Because we work with a proven tool stack (Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude) that drastically reduces development time. A traditional AI agency charges €5,000 to €15,000 for what we charge €497 to €2,497. Equivalent quality, 3 to 5 times lower price.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No commitment for the 4 deployment offers. You pay once, the system is yours. The AI Partner offer (€147/month) requires a minimum 3-month commitment, then cancelable monthly.
What is the total cost — setup + usage?
The Amalya IA price is unique and includes all development. You also pay for third-party tools based on your usage: Make/n8n (€0 to €16/month), OpenAI/Claude (€5 to €50/month). Typically, the total monthly cost for tools does not exceed €30 to €80/month for an SME.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes, for AI Business (€997) and Senior AI Teammate (€2,497). Interest-free 3-payment option via Stripe. For Senior, we also offer 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
All our offers include a 30-day satisfaction or money-back guarantee. If the AI teammate does not work as promised or does not save you the advertised time, we refund you in full. No tricky questions, no hidden clauses.
Can I upgrade to a higher offer later?
Absolutely. Most of our clients start with Discovery or Starter, then upgrade to Business or Senior once reassured. We always apply a credit for the amount already paid toward the higher offer within 12 months.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. French VAT at 20% applies for French companies. For foreign clients (EU with VAT number, non-EU), VAT is not applicable according to standard tax rules.
How does payment work in practice?
After the free audit and quote acceptance: 30% upfront, 70% on delivery. Payment by bank transfer or card via Stripe. Invoice sent automatically. Instalment options available for Business and Senior.
